How many computers can I use my software on?
Unless otherwise stated, the personalized activation keys we provide for nearly all of our software products allows for installation on up to three (3) different systems. This includes laptops, desktops, or tablets.

How are orders fulfilled? Do you send products by mail or via download?
We offer two methods of fulfillment: Both digital and mailing.
- Digital: By default, we provide you with a download link to safely load the software on any system you wish at any time. Because the links we provide are given to us from Microsoft, they will be perpetual. This means they will continue to work for as long as Microsoft supports the software. The software is hosted with Digital River, their official hosting partner, so your download is easily accessible, fast, and most importantly, secure.
The most important difference to our digital fulfillment and many of the other listings out there is that you actually have the ability to verify that your software is Microsoft Genuine, and an authentic copy rather than a pirated or other illegal copy. As stated in our fulfillment message, this can be done after installing by visiting www.microsoft.com/genuine
- Mailing: We send an in-house DVD-rom with your software to the mailing address of choice. Since Microsoft requires distributors to authenticate in-house DVD-roms, shipping can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks, though typically most customers can expect their software to arrive within about a week or so. For international customers, this typically takes about 2 weeks) Please be aware that your order may be subject to an additional fee depending on your location.

How quickly are orders fulfilled?
We have staff working around the clock to process orders and provide support. Typically, we try to fulfill new orders within one hour of receipt, however at times of high order volume, order processing can take up to six hours maximum.

What happens if I'm unhappy with my purchase?
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase from us, please contact us before taking any other action. Particularly for those choosing to use PayPal: Filing a dispute before contacting us WILL greatly extend the time it takes to process a refund, because PayPal becomes involved at that point. If you contact us first, we can try to resolve any issues or concerns with you directly. If you are still unhappy, we WILL provide you with a refund. What version of software are you selling? Upgrade, retail, or OEM?
All of the software we sell are the full retail versions, just as you would receive if you ordered directly from Microsoft. While you may use applicable software to upgrade, you will not have any issue in performing a fresh installation of your software on a system.
